Welcome to Joinery Core. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Joinery Core software application and services ("Service") operated by Skylon Development LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Data Backup

Backups are performed once daily. In the event of data loss or system failure, we can restore data from the most recent backup. This means data entered within the last 48 hours may not be recoverable. We strongly recommend maintaining your own records of critical information.

4.3 Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the Settings page. Exported data will be provided in JSON or CSV format.

5.3 Unplanned Outages

In the event of unplanned service disruption, we will work to restore the Service as quickly as possible. We are not liable for any losses incurred during service outages lasting up to 72 hours.

Important: The financial reporting features of the Service (including but not limited to accounting summaries, project costs, labour calculations, profit margins, and any monetary figures displayed) are provided for internal reference and operational overview purposes only.
